Application :

The heat seal tester is an essential lab instrument in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, daily chemical industry, packaging and raw material production industry. Its working conditions simulate the three key elements of pressure, temperature, and time in the packaging process of the packaging production line. Through this instrument, rapid evaluation of materials can be achieved. After passing the evaluation, the materials can be used on the production line. The lab heat sealer adopts the heat pressure sealing method. Place the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat sealing heads. Under the preset temperature, pressure, and time, the sealing of the sample is completed. Through repeated tests, it provides guidance for users to find suitable heat sealing parameters. To ensure rapid and accurate pressure settings, the heat sealing clamps slowly approach and seal adjacent samples, so that a short sealing time can be accurately reproduced. The heat sealing time can be set arbitrarily. Press the foot pedal switch, the sample will be pressed, and its heat sealing time is determined by the pressing time of the foot pedal switch. Release the foot pedal switch, and the upper and lower heat sealing knives separate from the pressing state, completing the heat sealing of the sample.
