Recently, a customer from South Korea paid a special visit to the GESTER manufacturing base for an on-site inspection. The high-quality testing equipmentand services, solid corporate strength and promising market prospects are the major drivers behind this visit.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of physical and chemical testing instruments, GESTER is a professional manufacturer in the industry. During the visit, the Korean delegation toured our production workshop, finished product showroom and calibration laboratory one after another. Our technical specialists demonstrated a range of precision instruments required by the customer, including the Automatic Feather and Down Filling Power Tester GT-C43B, Automatic Air Permeability Tester GT-C27 and Sweating Guarded Hot Plate GT-C98. We elaborated on hardware configurations, software functions, factory calibration procedures and our OEM/ODM customization capabilities. The customer observed the equipment in operation up close and spoke highly of the testing accuracy and build quality of the instruments.
Based on their actual testing requirements, the Korean side raised questions concerning equipment selection, standard compliance, lead time, after-sales maintenance and calibration certificates. Our professional team delivered a tailored full-set testing solution aligned with applicable test standards for the South Korean market, and addressed all their concerns regarding bulk supply, local technical support, CE certification and calibration certificates.
The Korean customer commented that he has long recognized GESTER’s comprehensive strengths in testing instruments. This on-site visit allowed him to witness our complete R&D and production system firsthand, building strong confidence for future projects.
